RULES.INI Editor

Version 1.1 has been released which fixes the problem with not being able to save after making modifications and now supports Red Alert RULES.INI files.

I have released the first version of the RULES.INI Editor. It currently can edit only Red Alert 2 RULES.INI files. I will be adding support for Red Alert RULES.INI files in a future version.

This is the official site for the RULES.INI Editor. If you download the editor from some other site and are not sure whether it has been tampered with, then you should download the editor from this site.

Have a basic working version of the editor.  Will be adding a few more features and doing more testing before releasing it.
